The problem
Usage totals alone do not explain which projects drive AI activity or how that activity changes over time.
My contribution
A local dashboard reads usage metadata, groups it by project and date, and shows trends, cache use, and API-equivalent cost estimates.
The value
Makes usage easier to inspect while keeping the underlying activity data on the user's computer.

Scope & limits. A personal usage dashboard, not an organization-wide billing system. API-equivalent costs are estimates, not subscription charges or invoices; unknown model prices are not guessed.
